The Tabernacle Alcoves are a series of prayer pockets that line a long concrete planter wall. Modeled after the tabernacle of Moses as a picture, or pattern, of prayer, this site is an interactive teaching instrument designed to guide those who come here into an ever deepening encounter with God through prayer. It is suggested that a minimum of one hour be devoted to this area...or an entire afternoon. Prayer guides are placed at the Alcoves entry.
