A reflective sitting area is nestled between two beautiful, large antique rose bushes near the beginning of this path and marks the beginning of the area known as Riley’s Berm, the living memorial honoring loved ones who have died. A weeping angel statue, surrounded by flaming red dianthas, is part of this nook while Scripture of promise from Revelation stands above it all to draw the heart to its comfort and hope.
Trees and bushes continue to be planted in this area in memory of loved ones. Markers are placed at the foot of these living memorials with the names of those who have died and of those who have given the gift.
